The answer may be found in Xintian County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, known as the “Hometown of Natural Selenium-Rich Agricultural Products in China”.

新田60.18%的土壤面积富含硒，而硒在地壳中的含量仅为一亿分之一。

Xintian's soil area has a selenium content of 60.18%, but the content of selenium is only one part per 100 million in the earth's crust.

硒作为人体必须的微量元素之一，对于提高人体免疫、抗癌、抗氧化、延缓衰老有着重要作用。

Nowadays, Xintian selenium-rich vegetables are exported to North America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and many other countries, allowing “Xintian cabbage” to go out of Hunan, to the whole country, and “fly” to the world.
